Corporate Travel, Billed Once a Month
A client picked up from Bristol Airport at 6am, a director dropped at a meeting in Bath, a team booked back from a conference at midnight, every one of those journeys under one business account. Send us the bookings on WhatsApp or email, we invoice once a month, and nobody's digging through a wallet for a taxi receipt.
How the business account works
Setting up takes one conversation. Tell us the company name and roughly how the team travels, regular airport runs, client visits, the occasional late-night collection from the station, and we agree the billing terms once. After that, anyone you authorise books the same way everyone else does: send the journey on WhatsApp, get a fixed price back.
The difference is what happens after the trip. Instead of a driver taking payment or a member of staff claiming it back on expenses, the fare goes on the account. One invoice lands at the end of the month covering everything, so finance reconciles one document instead of a pile of receipts.
Good to know
- receipt_longMonthly invoicing: one invoice covers every trip that month
- priority_highPriority booking: account holders get first call on peak-time slots
- flight_takeoffAny journey: airport runs, meetings, or a team night out, same fixed-price approach
- directions_carVehicles: Kia Niro saloon or Renault Trafic depending on group size
Airport runs for clients or staff?
Business accounts cover Bristol, Heathrow, and Gatwick on the same fixed-price basis as any other booking.
Just need a one-off local trip?
Not every journey needs a business account behind it. Everyday Bath trips work the same fixed-price way.
Corporate travel, answered
How do I set up a business account with Timo?
expand_more
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your company name and how the team usually travels, airport runs, client visits, that kind of thing. We agree the billing terms once, then every booking after that just references the account.
How does monthly invoicing work?
expand_more
Every trip booked under the account is logged as it happens. At the end of the month you get one invoice covering all of them, instead of a stack of individual receipts to reconcile.
Can staff book without going through finance every time?
expand_more
Yes. Once the account is set up, anyone you authorise can book directly on WhatsApp using the company name. Finance sees the total on the monthly invoice, not a queue of individual approvals.
Is there a minimum number of journeys for a business account?
expand_more
No. Some accounts book a handful of trips a month, others book several a week. The account works the same way either side, fixed prices, one invoice, no per-trip admin.

One conversation to set the terms, then every trip after that is one line on next month's invoice.
