By using this website or booking a journey with Timo Private Hire, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking and Confirmation

All journeys must be booked in advance. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. We operate by advance booking only and do not accept street-hail or on-demand requests. Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.

Pricing

All prices quoted are fixed at the time of booking. The final price may vary only if the journey details change (different destination, additional stops, or significant route alteration requested by the passenger). Waiting time beyond a reasonable allowance may be charged at an agreed rate.

Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare. No-shows (where the passenger cannot be reached at the pickup point) will be charged in full.

Airport Transfers and Flight Monitoring

For inbound airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time at no extra charge for delays. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if your flight is significantly delayed beyond what flight tracking shows. For outbound journeys, we recommend allowing sufficient time for check-in, security, and your journey.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave reasonably throughout the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to the driver or other occupants. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Liability

While we make every effort to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We carry full passenger liability insurance as required under our private hire operator licence. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
