Your information is used exclusively to fulfil your booking, confirm journey details, communicate any changes, and process payments where applicable. We may contact you after your journey to request feedback. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your journey details are shared only with the assigned driver, and only to the extent required to complete your booking. We do not transfer data outside the UK.

Data Retention

Booking records are retained for up to 6 years to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted. If you have not made a booking, any enquiry data is deleted within 12 months.

Your Rights
